Ham And Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grits
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 1/2 c. chopped ham
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. mustard
    dash of hot sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Bring water and salt to a boil; stir in grits.
    Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Add other ingredients.
    Pour into lightly greased 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
