Chewey Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 to 4 c. pecans
    1 box light brown sugar
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a heavy 4-cup saucepan, heat butter, sugar, syrup, milk and salt. Bring to rolling boil, stirring constantly with wooden spoon until candy thermometer reads 250\u00b0. Remove from heat and add vanilla and pecans. Cool a few minutes and place by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Let sit overnight.
