Fresh Asparagus With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

1 bunch (2-3 lbs) fresh asparagus
1/4 c fresh orange juice
1/2 t grated orange rind
1/4 lb butter
4 t fresh lemon juice
1/2 t grated lemon rind
Preparation

Break off asparagus stalks as far down as they snap easily. Cook covered in small amount boiling water till crisp and tender, 3-4 minutes, and drain.
Transfer asparagus to a warmed serving platter.
Melt butter and stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat to simmer, stirring occasionally.
Pour heated sauce over asparagus. Garnish with lemon slices.
