Swiss Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli
    6 small yellow squash
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 eggs
    2 sticks oleo
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Add vegetables and cook until done.
    Beat eggs and milk; add cheese and spices.
    Pour vegetables in 13 x 9-inch pan. Pour egg mixture over vegetables.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    (Add onion and mushrooms, if desired.)
