Sauce For Wild Duck - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. currant jelly
juice of 1 lime
1/2 c. sherry
salt and pepper
cayenne pepper
Preparation

Melt butter and jelly together over boiling water, blending well.
Just before serving, stir in lime juice, sherry and seasonings to taste and heat.
Makes 3/4 cup of sauce.
