Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. grated cheese (Cheddar, Parmesan, Jack, etc.)
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed until smooth with 2 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
Preparation

In a pan, slowly heat the milk and cornstarch until thick. Add the cheese and seasoning salt, stirring until cheese is melted.
Serve over hot vegetables.
