Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. parsley, chopped fine
1/4 c. sweet pickle, chopped
2 oz. onion, chopped
1 boiled egg, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. capers, chopped
dash of Tabasco
dash of salt and pepper
dash of Accent
1 qt. mayonnaise

This will keep several weeks if stored in a tight fitting container.
