Eva'S Guacamole Dip Ole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 avocados, peeled and pit reserved
    1 large tomato, diced
    1 c. diced green chiles
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. red crushed peppers
    3 Tbsp. El Pato (Mexican tomato sauce found in green chili section of store)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine peeled avocados, garlic salt, red crushed peppers and onion powder.
    Blend with potato masher until well
    mashed and all avocado chunks are gone.
    Add all other ingredients to avocado until well mixed.
    Makes 6 servings.
