Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    4 c. flour (self-rising)
    1/4 c. Crisco shortening
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. milk
    melted margarine
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix the yeast with the warm water. Dissolve completely. Add 1 tablespoon granulated sugar. Stir and set aside. In a large bowl, mix the flour, Crisco shortening and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Add the milk and the yeast mixture. Mix well. Pour onto floured wax paper. Form into a ball. Coat the dough ball with melted margarine. Put into a plastic container with lid. The dough ball will rise so the container needs to be twice as big as the dough ball. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
