Oat Pancakes(Diabetic Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. oats
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. egg substitute or 1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Heat griddle over medium-high heat.
    Oil lightly.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add milk, egg and oil; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter on hot griddle.
    Exchanges:
    1 1/2 fat and 1/2 milk.
