Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen cube hash browns
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. container of sour cream
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
1 cube butter
Preparation

Crush Ritz crackers while they are still in the sleeve. Melt the butter and add to the cracker crumbs, mix well and set aside. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam cooking spray, add potatoes and onions. Mix together sour cream and chicken soup with the cheddar cheese. Pour over the potato mixture. Add the Ritz cracker topping. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, then uncover and bake another 1/2 hour or until golden brown.
