Cheddar Turkey Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant rice
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. frozen peas
    2 c. diced cooked turkey
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 soup can milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. finely crushed round crackers
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Prepare rice
    according to package; add to rice, minced onion, while
    in
    boiling\twater.\tCombine peas, turkey, soup, milk, mustard
    and salt.\tMix all ingredients together.
    Place in 10 x 6
    x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Mix crackers and butter and sprinkle on\ttop
    of
    casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
