Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 dozen frozen flour tortillas
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 c. cooked sausage or ground beef
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. cocoa (don't omit)
    1/4 tsp. cumin powder
    pinch of sugar
    salt to taste
    vegetable oil for frying
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Allow tortillas to thaw while preparing the filling.
    In a saucepan, combine tomato sauce, cooked meat, onion, chili powder, garlic powder, cocoa, cumin, sugar and salt.
    Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to simmer 10 minutes.
    Allow filling to cool.
    Lay tortilla on a clean surface and divide the filling evenly in the center of each tortilla.
    Fold each tortilla like an envelope and secure with a toothpick.
    Deep fry on medium heat until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel and keep warm, uncovered, on a warming tray or in low oven until ready to serve.
