Ingredients

2 sticks oleo (can be cheapest)
3 packs (1 box) Ritz crackers
1 large or 2 small instant pudding (whatever flavor you want)
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream (can be cheapest)
1 large whipped topping (can be cheapest)
Preparation

Put ice cream in large bowl to soften.
Set aside.
Melt oleo and crush crackers in a 9 x 13-pan.
Add melted oleo and mix well. Save 1 cup or 1 1/2 cups to sprinkle on top.
Press the rest into bottom of pan.
