Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bread
1 lightly beaten egg
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. crab meat, flaked
Preparation

Break 2 slices bread into small pieces.
Mix thoroughly with 1 lightly beaten egg, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning, 1 teaspoon parsley flakes, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and 2 teaspoons baking powder.
Combine with 1 pound crab meat, flaked.
Shape into 8 cakes.
Fry in small amount of hot fat.
