Mochac(Mahchack, Hungarian Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
1 large white onion
2 lb. smoked sausage
1 large pkg. Reames frozen noodles
3 to 5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
5 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation

Chop onion and cabbage and fry in oil on medium heat.
Slice sausage into bite size pieces and add to cabbage.
Cook noodles in chicken cubes for 45 minutes; drain and fry in oil until lightly browned, stirring often.
Combine all ingredients.
(Try with Louisiana hot sauce.)
Serves 3 firemen or 5 regular appetites.
