Sausage Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pastry shell
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/2 c. parsley
    2 large eggs
    1 c. lite cream
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage slowly until liquid is cooked off.
    Drain grease, add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.
    Add parsley.
    Beat eggs and blend in cheese and cream.
    Stir in salt.
    Pour over mushrooms and sausage.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes in pastry shell.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cooking.
