Barbecue Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. boneless chuck or sirloin tip
    1 whole stalk celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (32 oz.) bottle ketchup
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook, covered, 6 hours on top of stove or in oven at 325\u00b0 until meat is fork-tender and easy to shred.
    Keep covered entire time of cooking.
    Add water occasionally to keep from drying out. Serve on hard rolls.
