Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts or 1 hen
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. cornbread stuffing
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cut in small pieces.
    Saute celery, pepper and onion in margarine. Add stuffing. Combine chicken, mushroom soup and chicken soup. Add 2 cups broth.
    Use half of bread mix in bottom of baking dish. Pour chicken mix on top of bread mix and top with rest of the bread mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
