Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in bowl.
Add pecans.
Combine the milk, butter and eggs in a bowl.
Next, add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Spoon batter into well-buttered muffin tins.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
