Potato Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. diced onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    1 stick melted oleo
    8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Mix everything together and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with 1 cup cornflakes or potato chips, crushed. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 12 to 15.
