Gingered Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken beast, Boiled and cubed
    2 or 3 Granny Smith apples; into small bite sized cubes (I leave the skin on)
    1 bunch chopped green onion
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    3/4 cup raisins
    1-2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. fresh finely grated ginger
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1/4-1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Stir in mayonnaise mixture.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Chill and serve with a loaf of sliced sourdough bread.
