French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. thinly sliced onions
    4 c. water
    6 packs George Washington broth mix or bouillon
    4 toasted bread slices
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter, add onions and cook until golden brown.
    Add water and bouillon.
    Mix; bring to boil and reduce heat.
    Cook gently for 30 minutes.
