Crunchy Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. green bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 3/4 c. cooked turkey, diced
    4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 small can diced water chestnuts
    2 can (3 oz.) chow mein noodles
    3 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery and green peppers in butter or margarine. Mix sauteed vegetables with turkey, water chestnuts, mushrooms and undiluted soup.
    Line a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish with one can of the chow mein noodles; pour turkey mixture over noodles.
    Sprinkle remaining can of chow mein noodles over top of turkey mixture.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
