Italian Ice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    rind of 2 oranges, grated
Preparation
    Boil sugar and water 5 minutes.
    Add fruit juices and rind. Cool, strain and freeze.
    Yield:
    Approximately 2 quarts.
