Mushroom Stuffed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets
    1 medium can mushrooms, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook onions in butter until tender.
    Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add other ingredients except fish. Mix.
    Place fish in a single layer in well-greased baking dish. Cover fish evenly with stuffing mix.
    Place in 400\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
    Serves 6.
