Chocolate Sour Cream Black Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. granulated sugar
    2 sticks softened butter
    6 large eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. chopped black walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan. Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Sift flour, soda and cocoa together.
    Add this to creamed mixture, alternately with sour cream and milk. Beat well.
    Flour nuts with 2 tablespoons flour and fold into cake mixture.
    Add vanilla and beat again.
    Bake in slow oven for approximately 2 hours or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
    Makes 16 servings.
