Salad Bar Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. finely chopped beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2/3 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    3 slices salt pork
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can beef broth
Preparation
    Combine beef and seasonings and egg; make into golf ball size balls.
    Let sit in fridge for 1 hour.
