Dock Side Seafood Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. reduced-fat or regular mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. skim or regular milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 lb. imitation crabmeat chunks
    6 oz. shelled, deveined cooked shrimp (if using frozen shrimp, thaw them)
    1 large stalk celery, chopped
    4 hot dog rolls
Preparation
    In medium-size bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and salt.
    Add crabmeat, shrimp and celery.
    Toss until well coated.
    Toast rolls, if desired.
    Place 1/4 cup seafood mixture in each roll.
