Pop Up Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot tap water
    1/2 c. dry milk
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. yeast
    3 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except flour.
    Blend in blender for 1 minute.
    Make a well in large bowl with the flour.
    Pour liquid in the well.
    Mix with a spoon.
    Set aside and let rise 1/2 hour (it will double in size).
    Grease two 1 pound coffee cans or 1 large loaf pan.
    Divide dough equally between coffee cans.
    Set aside. Let rise again, about 3/4 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool 15 minutes.
    Remove from cans or pan.
