Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage, cooked and drained (Jimmy Dean)
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs, beaten slightly
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, chopped and sauteed
    1 green pepper, chopped and sauteed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning, bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
