Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. peanut butter chips
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine butter, evaporated milk and sugar in saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
    Stir constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in marshmallows, peanut butter chips and vanilla.
    Stir vigorously for 1 minute, until marshmallows melt and blend.
    Pour into an 8-inch square, buttered pan.
    Cool.
    Melt chocolate chips; spread on fudge.
    Chill before serving.
