Ice Cream Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. coffee ice cream
1/3 c. coffee liquor
1 qt. Cool Whip
6 macaroons

Preparation

Crush macaroons and mix into ice cream and Cool Whip mixture. Fold in liquor and push into parfait glasses.
Cover with foil and freeze.
Serves 6.
