Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar or 1/4 c. honey
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. oil or applesauce
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients and add remaining liquid ingredients and blend well.
Bake in a greased 8 x 8-inch cake pan.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Don't overbake.
