Creamy Lime Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
    1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
    1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water.
    Cool slightly, then add milk.
    Chill mixture until very thick, but not set. Then stir in pineapple, lemon juice, cottage cheese, pecans, celery and mayonnaise.
    Mix well and pour into casserole dish.
    Refrigerate until well congealed.
