Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 pkg. soft flour tortilla shells
    1 small container curd cottage cheese
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Fry ground beef and add taco seasoning.
    Put in a bowl and add cottage cheese.
    In another bowl, mix enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.
    Cover bottom of pan with sauce.
    Fill tortilla shells with meat, roll them up and place them in the pan.
    Pour sauce over top of shells, just enough to cover them (you will have sauce left over).
    Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese melts good.
