Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. sugar or more
    4 tall cans evaporated milk
    1 pkg. Junket ice cream mix
    2 Tbsp. vanilla or more
    1 tsp. salt or less
    1 gal. Lilly milk (rich milk)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Add canned milk.
    Mix in Junket mix, salt and vanilla.
    Pour into freezer can and finish up with Lilly milk up to about one inch from top. Freeze with 4 parts crushed ice and 1 part rock salt 40 to 50 minutes until hard.
    Makes 1 1/2 gallons ice cream.
