Ham Hocks And Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ham hocks
    1 lb. black-eyed peas
    1 1/2 diced onions
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 qt. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. bacon fat
Preparation
    Soak peas overnight.
    Rinse occasionally.
    Simmer ham hocks, peas, onions, seasoned salt and water for 2 hours.
    Add bacon fat, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Heat through.
    Serve with rice and cornbread.
