Coconut Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. coconut (may use frozen coconut)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    5 eggs
    1 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add flavoring, flour, sour cream and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Put in greased Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
