Bananas Foster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 banana
    dash of cinnamon
    1 oz. banana liqueur
    1 oz. rum
    ice cream (vanilla)
Preparation
    Cut banana in circles.
    Melt butter in a frypan and add brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Simmer until blended.
    Add liqueurs; simmer briefly, then add cut bananas.
    Simmer until bananas become almost clear.
    Spoon ice cream into serving portions and top with sauce. Serves 2.
