Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm bread dressing
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    2 onions
    6 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    ripe tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook spinach as directed; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Refrigerate for an hour.
    Using an ice cream scoop, form balls and place on a flat pan.
    Freeze; store in a plastic bag until ready to bake and serve.
    Place frozen balls on thick tomato slices and bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Makes 24 balls.
