Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, quartered
    1 1/2 c. chopped okra
    1 can crab meat
    1 lb. shelled, fresh shrimp
    1 bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Brown flour in oil over medium heat.
    Add celery, onions and garlic.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and okra; cook 5 additional minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients, except shrimp. Add 3 pints of water and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Add shrimp and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Server over hot rice and season with Tony Chachere Creole seasoning.
