Carrot Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. raw shredded carrots, packed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Mix all together.
Pour into a 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
