Zucchini Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and fry by spoonfuls in margarine.
