Mock Champagne Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemonade
    4 (6 oz.) cans frozen pineapple juice
    8 (6 oz.) cans water
    2 qt. ginger ale
    2 qt. club soda
    1 qt. wine (white or pink catalba, optional)
Preparation
    Soak lutefisk in cold water for 3 to 4 hours.
    Remove dark skin and fins.
    Cut in serving size pieces.
    Place in a cheesecloth and put to boil in a kettle or cold water, to which salt has been added.
    Cook about 5 minutes until fish is tender; then drain and serve with drawn butter or cream sauce.
    Serves 4 Swedes or 40 Germans.
