Hot Dog Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    hot dogs
    onions
    parsley
    potatoes
    celery
    peas (optional)
    corn (optional)
    butter
    carrots
    beef or chicken stock
Preparation
    Adjust amounts to your needs.
    In large saucepan, saute onions, celery and parsley.
    Slice hot dogs in bite-size pieces and add. Saute just about 1 minute.
    Add water (prefer 1/2 beef or chicken stock).
    Pare and slice potatoes thick and carrots slice thin. Cover and stew until it becomes thickened with the smaller pieces of overcooked potatoes (or take equivalent of 1 or 2 potatoes with a little of the juice in blender, then return to thicken).
    Add peas, corn and limas.
    Substitute smoked sausage for the hot dogs.
