Creole Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cabbage
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 large carrots
    1/2 bunch green onions
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shred cabbage.
    Peel and shred carrots.
    Chop green onions. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, sour cream and salt and pepper. Toss all ingredients together and serve.
