Mom'S Apple Snitz Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 single 9-inch pie crust
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 medium-sized apples
Preparation
    Make the pie crust.
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Add sour cream. Stir until smooth.
    Add milk gradually.
    Peel and quarter apples. Put in unbaked pie crust.
    Pour liquid over apples.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes or until apples are done.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
