Boeuf Bourguignon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cubed stew meat
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 onions, diced
    1/2 c. Burgundy wine
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 carrots, sliced
    4 potatoes, quartered
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except potatoes and carrots, into a large casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake 3 hours. Add vegetables.
    Cover and bake 1 more hour.
