Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
3/4 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

Saute onion in butter; add chopped broccoli to onion in skillet.
Heat low until broccoli thaws.
In large mixing bowl, add all other ingredients (cheese cut up in small pieces).\tPut in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until rice is done.
